Classic Edition

Classic Edition is the easier place to start.

Each pack includes 5 cards. The checklist includes 101 cards across 8 rarity tiers. This edition is better for collectors who want favorite characters, fun pulls, trading, and binder pages without going straight into the highest-chase product.

Classic Edition is the best fit if the goal is to open packs, enjoy the artwork, and build a collection at a steady pace.

Energy Edition

Energy Edition is the higher-chase version.

Each pack includes 8 cards. The checklist includes 130 cards across 11 rarity tiers. This edition has more premium collector appeal because it includes serialized chase cards.

The main Energy Edition chase cards are SE and BP cards.

SE cards are inspired by “GOLDEN,” feature a premium laser-etched finish, and are serialized No. 1-366.

BP cards are serialized No. 1-999 per type and focus on concert spotlight moments.

Energy Edition is the better pick for collectors who want bigger packs, rarer pulls, premium finishes, and numbered cards.

Are Classic and Energy the Same?

No.

The two editions overlap, but they are not identical. Some rarities appear across both editions, while other card types are specific to one edition.

Energy Edition is not just a larger version of Classic Edition. It is a separate collecting path with its own chase-card focus.

Which Edition Should You Buy?

Buy Classic Edition if you want:

  • favorite-character cards
  • easier collecting
  • trading
  • binder pages
  • a fun first opening

Buy Energy Edition if you want:

  • bigger packs
  • more rarity tiers
  • serialized cards
  • premium finishes
  • stronger chase-card potential

Final Verdict

Classic Edition is the best starting point.

Energy Edition is the best chase-card product.

If you want a fun, low-pressure opening, start with Classic. If you want the thrill of pulling numbered SE or BP cards, open Energy. For the full collecting experience, both editions matter.
